• Technology company in precedent-setting copyright infringement lawsuit against the People’s Republic of China and several major international computer manufacturers;

• Publicly-traded media company defendant as lead counsel in copyright infringement lawsuits with respect to use of images online and in video content;

• Music company defendant as lead counsel in lawsuit where defendant won attorneys' fees as prevailing party when the state law action was dismissed based upon the doctrine of pre-emption;

• World famous fitness brand in numerous trademark infringement enforcement actions;

• Plaintiff entertainment company as lead counsel in trade secrets litigation against former employees; and

• Cosmetics company defendant and counterclaim plaintiff in high profile trademark infringement lawsuit against reality television stars.
